Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders on Athilax can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to our courier partner, the cancellation request cannot be accepted, as the logistics process is already underway and the shipment is in transit.

We strongly encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase. To ensure genuine and accurate orders, Athilax may reach out for order confirmation wherever necessary. This helps in avoiding accidental or fraudulent orders.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

International orders are shipped through registered international courier or speed post. Domestic orders are shipped through registered Indian couriers.

Orders are shipped within 6–8 days depending on availability and courier norms.

Athilax is not responsible for courier delays, but ensures dispatch within the stated time frame.

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery confirmation is sent to the email provided during registration.
